Megan Warren, MA, LCPC

Co-founder

Megan is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who obtained her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with a Counseling Specialization.  Megan provides individual and group counseling to adults.  She specializes in treating individuals with addictions, eating disorders, trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders

Having worked in the residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings, Megan believes in a holistic approach that is integrative, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and empowering.  She focuses on treating the whole individual; emotionally, physically, and psychologically.  Her counseling style is compassionate, empathic, collaborative, and she strives to meet each client where they are in their process.

Megan is a member of the LGBTQ+ and recovery communities, and understands firsthand how important support is in healing and recovery work. Her goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe therapeutic space for each client.  She will work with you to help you lead the fulfilling life you have imagined. Christa Eastburn, CADC, DBT and Wellness Coach

Co-founder

Christa is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Skills and Wellness Coach. As a member of the LGBTQ+ and recovery communities, Christa began their career with the intentions to supports those that may be on roads they have traveled. They provide counseling using Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Executive Function Skills. These modalities focus on Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness to build impulse control, healthy relationships, behavior and shame redirection, attention span, accountability, time management, and organizing thoughts.

Christa also offers Wellness and Recovery Coaching. This coaching focuses on guiding and supporting individuals in achieving their health, recovery, and well-being goals through a holistic approach, focusing on your physical, mental, emotional, and social needs.

Utilizing DBT, Wellness, and Recovery based counseling in both individual and group sessions, they provide a judgement free, understanding, and safe space for you to build awareness, confidence, and strength. Together you would explore the real life applications of skills for you to have a thriving quality of life.

Christa wants to help you decrease misery and increase happiness. They will work with you through a mixture of counseling, psychoeducation, and coaching to reduce and redirect unwanted or harmful thoughts and behaviors, while helping to build self-accountability and positive lifestyle changes.
